With over 16 years of practice experience in nursing and midwifery, Ruth Sally’s journey started with basic nursing training at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital before completing her BSc in Midwifery in 2015, where she was part of the pioneer class of the midwifery program at KNUST.
Over the years, Ruth Sally’s passion has evolved from the clinical setting to population health. She has extended her skills from bedside care to empowering the Ghanaian public about obstetric and gynecological issues through education, with a strong emphasis on decreasing maternal mortality in the country.
