
During pregnancy nutrition forms a vital part of the journey. Eating the right kind of food will go a long way for you to have a positive outcome.
Nonetheless there are foods that can affect your pregnancy negatively and you will have to avoid them.

Alcohol
Caffeine
Pica(Ayilo)
Smoke
Uncooked meat
Raw egg.. It should be cooked
Left over foods that are not heated
Unwashed fruits
Uncooked fish high in mercury
Foods you are not familiar with
