11 FOODS TO AVOID DURING PREGNANCY

During pregnancy nutrition forms a vital part of the journey. Eating the right kind of food will go a long way for you to have a positive outcome.

Nonetheless there are foods that can affect your pregnancy negatively and you will have to avoid them.

Some are listed below

🔴Alcohol

🔴Caffeine

🔴Pica (Ayilo)

🔴Smoke

🔴Uncooked meat

🔴Raw egg.. It should be cooked

🔴Left over foods that are not heated

🔴Unwashed fruits
